This project came to us through a referral — a neighbour and friend of a previous client, ready to finally update a rotting, outdated multi-level deck that hadn’t been used in years.

    Designed a square deck to maximize usable space, with a layout perfect for BBQ and outdoor dining.

    Stairs were installed flush with the front and side of the deck, preventing them from extending into the backyard while maintaining easy side access.

    Fiberon Cabana composite decking was chosen for its durability and seamless match with the home's exterior color.
  • Scenic Railings & Cost-Efficient Details
    Century Scenic railings were used on the main deck for an unobstructed backyard view, with aluminum pickets installed along the sides for security and cost efficiency.
  • Cedar Privacy Screen & Lighting
    A solid cedar privacy screen with minimal gaps was installed for backyard seclusion, along with ambient lighting to create a warm nighttime atmosphere.
